Ok, it's nice however. There are some issues I would like to address. the beach. It's not very clean, you find cigarette butts all over the beach, finding it very unattractive, especially if you have little kids. I would be very pleased if that was an issue taking care of when I return to the beach with my kids. Also perhaps a no smoking on beach could be addressed. Perhaps they could smoke elsewhere. Like in the parking lot. Where kids wouldn't most likely be. Thank you.

If you like lakes and you're in this part of Michigan you can check out Lake Metamora. Nearby lakes? Sure, Merritt Lake is right next door to Lake Metamora, and Hilltop Campgrounds is a great campground nearby. Just can't get enough of Lake Metamora. Head up to Pine Nob and strap some skis to your feet, and nearby you come across the Grass Lake Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. Don't forget to take a good little tour to South Branch Farmers Creek, and Lapeer Country Club is a great golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent nearby hotel is Best Western Lapeer Inn, and unsurprisingly, this is a good region for folks who like lakes, Lake Minnawanna is a lake in the vicinity. Lapeer is a great site to spend a night or two; Metamora-hadley Recreation is a great local campground.
Through the months of summer at Lake Metamora highs are frequently in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily
in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Metamora are in the 10's.
