You can run the rapids of Au Train River near Kitten Lake, and don't leave Kitten Lake without first going for a hike along the Chatham Ski Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Kitten Lake is a perfect site to visit for more than one day, Hovey Lake Campground is a perfect site to camp nearby, and there are glorious locations to explore along the Addis Lakes Ski Trail.
