Kentucky Lake is right by the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Kentucky Lake has to offer, you can camp at Bob Lake Campground and Picnic Area. High temperatures at Kentucky Lake during the summer months are in the 80's, and during                  summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
