Johnson Lake is       a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Stephenson Motel is a tremendous location to camp nearby, and for you golfers we recommend close by Indian Hills Golf Course. You'll discover a wonderful lake called Lake Mary near Johnson Lake, and Norway Mountain has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff. Through the summer months highs here at Johnson Lake reach the 80's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down                  to the 20's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Johnson Lake temperatures fall to the 0's. If you come at the right time of year, Menominee River offers some nice whitewater, and why not stop at nearby Little Shakey Creek if you're here at Johnson Lake. Shakey Lakes Park is a delightful campground nearby, and Best Western Crivitz Lodge is a pleasant site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful.
