Crego Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and after a long day outdoors Castlewood Inn & Suites is a delightful place to spend a night or two. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. The amount of precipitation that falls at Johnson Lake is close to                  the national average; through the month of September you get the most rain around here while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
