A visit to Joel Pond is always a good idea. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Joel Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's; after the sun is down through
the winter temperatures at Joel Pond fall into the 10's. Having a magnificent time at Joel Pond is painless. Lakes are tremendous; Cleveland Cliffs Basin is a lake that's near Joel Pond, and you can run the rapids of Au Train River.
Camping is available at Wandering wheels Campground.
This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Gladstone Ski Park, and of course, this is a great area for folks who like lakes, Forest Lake is a lake in the neighborhood.
