Intermediate Lake gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; January is when you get the most snow here while April is mostly the driest month. There's so much to do here at Intermediate Lake that you       need to camp here for a while, McCargoe Cove Campground is a perfect site for that. Lakes? Sure, Lake Richie is in the neighborhood. During the warm months at Intermediate Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; overnight lows at Intermediate Lake through the winter commonly plunge into the 0's. Just can't get enough of Intermediate Lake.                  Don't forget to stop at Vodrey Harbor while you're here at Intermediate Lake, and after a long day outdoors Americinn - Calumet, Mi is a great location to spend a night or two. On a delightful day you can pop by Little Greenstone Beach close to Intermediate Lake, and going for a hike on the Lake Richie Trail is always a nice adventure. This lake is so wonderful.
