This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to run into some cheerful people from Traverse City here; not far from Indian Lake you'll hit upon Vandervoight Lake which is a charming lake. Indian Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; during the month of September you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. After a long day outdoors Sugar Beach Resort Hotel is a good place to spend a night       or two, and Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is a fine campground nearby. Stay the night at Timber Ridge RV and Recreation Resort, and High Pointe Golf Club is a great golf course close by. Throughout the summertime at Indian Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Indian Lake. Man, is there a load of amusing stuff                  to do in the neighborhood of Indian Lake. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boardman River. If you need a site to stay Traverse Bay Inn is a tremendous choice. Lakes?
