The annual rainfall here at Image Lake is about average; August is the wettest month with most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Presque Isle, and do go to Jingwak Lake, it's a beautiful lake. There is a delightful hiking trail near Image Lake called the       Alligator Eye Trail, and Best Western Concord Inn is a pleasant location to get some rest. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. If you came for an overnight stay Presque Isle Campground is a fine spot to camp, and hey, Gotta ski right? Indianhead is a brilliant location to do that. So many cool things to do here in the Gogebic Range, too pleasant to be true. Whitewater paddling is fine on Presque Isle, and a perfect nearby hotel                  is Comfort Inn Minocqua. Image Lake is a beautiful lake in the Gogebic Range. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Image Lake get into the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Image Lake.
