This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn - Wetmore is a good place to spend a night or two; Highbridge Lake is a magnificent spot to visit for more than one day, Hiawatha Resort and Campground is a magnificent spot to camp nearby. During the summer months, highs commonly are in the 70's       at Highbridge Lake. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Highbridge Lake. A pretty lake like Spring Lake in close proximity to Highbridge Lake is a great spot to visit. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Highbridge Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wide Water Campground. So many amusing things close to Highbridge                  Lake, definitely extraordinary. The Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail is a delightful hiking trail near Highbridge Lake, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Haywire Grade ORV Trail. Going for a hike on the Valley Spur Ski Trail is always a great adventure, and you'll locate a lovely lake called Jackpine Lake.
