Summer at High Banks Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at High Banks Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not go to Monument       Lake near High Banks Lake, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Lakefront Inn & Suites is a tremendous choice. A wonderful lake like Dishpan Lake right next door to High Banks Lake is a good place to stop by, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Kewadin Shores Casino Hotel. Hiking along the Trout Lake Bicentennial Hiking Trail is nice fun. There's so much to do here at High Banks Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Soldier Lake Campground is a                  nice place for that.
