A nice close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CADILLAC, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Caberfae Peaks. Through the summer months highs here at Halfmoon Lake get into the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's while Halfmoon Lake overnight low temperatures through       the winter are in the 0's. If only every location had this much outdoors fun things, what a great globe it would be. Halfmoon Lake is a place with many visitors from Cadillac. Hicks Creek is a good place to stop at, and you can stay the night at Cadillac Woods Campground. From a rain point of view Halfmoon Lake is a quite normal location; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
