For the period of the long summer days here at Greening Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Greening Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Lamoreaux Lake is around here;       Greening Lake is right by the Honeymoon Lake Snowmobile Trail. Greening Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Putman Lake Camping is a perfect local campground; hiking along the North Country National Scenic Trail is splendid fun. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing things the area next to Greening Lake has to offer. An average amount of rainfall falls at Greening Lake; the month of August is the wettest with most of the                  rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
