An average amount of rainfall falls at Grassy Lake; through the month of September you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. This is a good vicinity for folks who like lakes. Little Long Lake is a lake around here, and dry warm beds       await you at Candlewood Suites KALAMAZOO. This lake is so wonderful. People from Kalamazoo-Portage love to come to Grassy Lake, and an afternoon playing golf at Gull Lake Country Club is always a diversion. There's so much to do here at Grassy Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Stoney Point Trailer Park is a tremendous place for that, and get soaked paddling on Kalamazoo River. At Grassy Lake through the warm months highs are in the 80's. When                  the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Grassy Lake are in the 10's. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in close proximity to Grassy Lake.
