Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Goose Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Baymont Inn & Suites Battle Creek Downtown. The yearly precipitation here at Goose Lake is about average; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. Some of the water       nearby flows, like Crooked Brook, and a wonderful location to camp here at Goose Lake is Old Orchard Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are tremendous; Deep Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Goose Lake, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Oakland Hills Golf Club. Lots of people from Battle Creek come to Goose Lake, and Quality Inn & Suites Next to the Casino is a pleasant site to get some rest. High temperatures                  at Goose Lake through the summertime are in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, usually in the 50's.
