Glitter Lake is a good place of normal rain; most of the rain falls during August, and February is when it's the driest. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Glitter Lake. Whitewater paddling is great on Perch River, and you're most likely addicted to lakes, Glare Lake is one of those nearby. This       lake is so wonderful. Lake Ste. Kathryn Campground is a fine local campground, and if you need a spot to stay Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Glitter Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay, and Glitter Lake is right by the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails. Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn is a good place to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Lower                  Dam Lake Campground is a delightful place to camp. Paddling on Sturgeon River is so much fun; Brule Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Glitter Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's.
