Gifford Lake gets a typical amount of rain; through the month of September you get the most rain around here; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. On a tremendous day at Gifford Lake you can take a hike along the Honeymoon Lake Snowmobile Trail; you can stay the night at Pere Marquette Campground. During the summertime at Gifford Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures       fall down into the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Gifford Lake are in the 10's. Gifford Lake is a splendid spot to visit for more than one day, Big Star Trailer and RV Resort is a splendid spot to camp nearby; go to close by Star Marsh. And that's not all you can do here at Gifford Lake.
