Go for a hike on the Haywire Grade ORV Trail, and you're perhaps hooked on lakes, Bootjack Lake is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant place to camp here at Ghost Lake is Driftwood Shores RV Park, and naturally, this is a great area for people who like lakes, Aldrich Lake is a lake in the vicinity. From a precipitation point of view Ghost Lake is a pretty       typical place; September is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Don't leave Ghost Lake without first going for a hike along the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail, and if you need a location to stay Econo Lodge Lakeshore is a fine choice. Through the long summer days, highs typically are in the 70's at Ghost Lake. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down                  to the 20's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Ghost Lake fall into the 0's.
