The views at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore will blow your mind, and you're probably hooked on lakes, Long Lake is one of those close by. Don't leave Gemini Lakes without first going for a hike along the Lakeshore Trail. There's so much to do here at Gemini Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Chapel Beach Campground is a great spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. There's good hiking along the Big Island       Lake Portage Canoe Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Gemini Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Au Sable Point Campground. Good hiking is available along the Haywire Grade ORV Trail; if you've had enough of Gemini Lakes, Fawn Lake is close by. That right there is lots already, but it keeps on going; Gemini Lakes has it all. Gemini Lakes is a good place of common rain; through September this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile                  is the driest month. Summertime highs at Gemini Lakes mostly tend to be in the 70's with night lows in the 50's.
