You'll need more than a day to discover everything Fremont Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Park Campground. Comfort Inn Muskegon is a perfect place to get some rest, and the Newaygo County Snowmobile Trail is a good hiking trail close by. There are plenty of people from Muskegon-Norton                  Shores here at Fremont Lake; there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Cedar Creek Cycle Trail. Just can't get enough of Fremont Lake. A great nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn Coopersville. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Ramshom Country Club is always a diversion.
