Why not camp at Country Village RV Park if you're here at Foster Lake, and everyone close by loves skiing at Marquette. From a precipitation point of view Foster Lake is a quite normal spot; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Schoolhouse Lake, and pop by nearby Grass       Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors cool things, what a great planet it would be. Going for a hike on the Holyoke Trail is always a great adventure, and from Foster Lake you obtain a great vista of Summit Mountain. High temperatures at Foster Lake all through the summertime are in the 70's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; after the sun is down                  through the wintertime temperatures at Foster Lake fall into the 0's. Lakes? Sure, Tilden Lake is in the vicinity, and if you came for an overnight stay Horseshoe Lake Camp Grounds is a great spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Best Western Country Inn, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Escanaba River - Middle Branch. This lake is so wonderful.
