Foster Lake is always a pleasure to visit. The yearly precipitation here at Foster Lake is about average; most of the rain falls all through September, and the driest month of the year is February. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things next to Foster Lake. Stay the night at Horseshoe Lake Camp Grounds; the cheerful folks of Marquette like to hang out nearby. Skiing at Marquette is one of those things you just should do.
