Lake Fifteen is a great site to visit for more than one day, Shady Acres Campground is a great site to camp nearby, and do take a look at Morning Star Lake, it's a beautiful lake. From a precipitation point of view Lake Fifteen is a reasonably normal site; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain;       the driest month of the year is February. Throughout the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Lake Fifteen. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Fifteen temperatures sink to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
