There's just no way someone can get bored here at Lake Eleanor. A round of golf at nearby Fawn Crest Golf Course is a brilliant way to kill some time, and a great location to camp here at Lake Eleanor is R and J Resort Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a brilliant little spree to Chicken Creek, and there's       delightful hiking along the Ward Hills Snowmobile Trail. Lake Eleanor is a good location of typical precipitation; all through September this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. If you get bored of Lake Eleanor, you could also stop by nearby Clarence Lake; the McKenzie Ski Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. For the period of the months of summer highs here at Lake Eleanor reach the 70's. Through the                  dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Lake Eleanor dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
