Yeah, come here to Echo Lake for a great time. Echo Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Pinewood is a good local campground, and the Cedar Creek Cycle Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. For the period of the summer months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Echo Lake, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the winter are frequently       in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Echo Lake. The amount of precipitation that falls at Echo Lake is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. A scenic lake like Mystery Lake near Echo Lake is a great site to go to; going for a hike on the Newaygo County Snowmobile Trail is always a glorious adventure.
