This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Knave Lake is a lake close at hand; Perch River is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. The skiing at Brule Mountain is delightful. Lakes are good; Muskrat Lake is a lake that's close to Ebony Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Perch Lake Campground is a nice campground nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Americinn - Iron River, Mi. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to

| | do here at Ebony Lake. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn is a glorious choice; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Ski Brule is reasonably near.
