The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to East Paint Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 10's; overnight lows at East Paint Lake throughout the wintertime commonly fall into the       0's. A picturesque lake like Silk Lake right next door to East Paint Lake is a delightful location to check out, and you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Kentuck-Spectacle Lake Trail. Brule Mountain has wonderful slopes and a friendly staff, and after a long day outdoors Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a perfect place to spend a night or two. Just can't get enough of East Paint Lake. You'll stumble on a picturesque lake called Paint Lake near                  East Paint Lake. There's so much to do here at East Paint Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lower Dam Lake Campground is a good spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Ski Brule, and why not a little side trip to Mitigwaki Creek.
