If you need a spot to stay Jackson Travelodge is a great choice; if you get bored of Eagle Lake you could also stop at close by Saint John Lake. There's so much to do here at Eagle Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hideaway Campground is a good place for that, and of course Batteese Creek flows through this region. Eagle Lake gets a typical amount of rain; June is the wettest month with       most rain; the driest month is February. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Eagle Lake, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Eagle Lake fall into the 10's. Mud Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and the friendly people of Jackson like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful.
