     Head up to Treetops Sylvan and strap some skis to your feet, and Duck Lake is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Sno-trac Camper Village is a glorious place to camp nearby. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Duck Lake; throughout September this area sees the most rain; the driest month is February. There are other locations here than Duck Lake, for example Little Bear Lake, and a splendid close by hotel is Treetops Resort. The warmest  
   time of the year at Duck Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Duck Lake temperatures sink to the 0's.
Otsego Club and Resort is a good location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Duck Lake, you'll come across Long Lake which is a pretty lake. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Duck Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sno-Trac Village.

They are allowed on the entire ski area and have a new terrain park with 12 features for their own private use.The new terrain park contains 2 flat 10' beginner rails as well as a 20' intermediate round rail. There are some challenging additions such as a beginner 16' battle ship kinked rail as well as a 16' intermediate rainbow rail. In addition, there are man-made and natural jib features such as barrels, and logs that can be used to slide or jump over or tap with skis or boards. Nordic enthusiasts will find the ''Midwest's best terrain'' for cross-country skiing. The 12 km of groomed and tracked trails are all clearly marked and range in difficulty from beginner to expert. Treetops also offers extreme (snow) tubing. The tubing ride is available by 1.5 hour sessions for up to 30 people at a time. Advance reservations can be made for this exhilarating experience.
