     Hanson Hills has nice slopes and a friendly staff, and you'll come across a lovely lake called KP Lake. A perfect close by hotel is AuSable Valley Hotel and Conference Center, and you can stay the night at River Park Campgrounds and Pond. Through the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Duck Lake; the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's while Duck Lake nighttime  
   low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. Duck Lake really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Woodland Motor Lodge is a nice choice, and lakes are such serene places, why not stop by Little K P Lake. Duck Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Duck Lake is a wonderful
 
               place to visit for more than one day, Kneff Lakes Campground is a wonderful place to camp nearby, and Skyline Ski Slide is a very popular ski area around here.

Twenty-three downhill runs wind their way through the majestic hardwood forest that covers the 400-acre winter park. Snowboarders are welcome at Treetops.
