Mount Holly has delightful slopes and a friendly staff, and why not camp at Camp Dearborn Office while you're here at Downey Lake. An average amount of precipitation falls at Downey Lake; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Downey Lake, you'll stumble on Pickerel       Lake which is a delightful lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Haas Lake Park is a fine place to camp. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites Wixom, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Harvey Lake. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Downey Lake reach the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through                  the wintertime temperatures at Downey Lake plunge into the 10's.
