Donovan Lake gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Beeches Golf Club is a brilliant way to kill some       time, and Donovan Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Thousand Adventures Travel Inn is a brilliant local campground. If you need a spot to stay Hampton Inn South Haven is a good choice, and after a long day outdoors Ramada Watervliet is a great place to spend a night or two. At Donovan Lake through the long summer days highs are in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures                  are in the 60's.
