There are other sites here than Dollar Lake, for example Little Long Lake, and Hicks Creek is in the neighborhood of Dollar Lake and is always a pleasure to take a look at. High temperatures at Dollar Lake throughout the months of summer are in the 70's, and       during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's while Dollar Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. Dollar Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Spring Hill is a nice local campground, and Super 8 Motel - Evart, Mi is a good spot to get some rest. And if that's not sufficient, there's heaps more to do in the neighborhood of Dollar Lake. Caberfae Peaks has great slopes                  and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Cadillac Woods Campground is always a splendid experience, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Cadillac here.
