Throughout the summer months at Dollar Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's while Dollar Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Marquette-Days Inn is a perfect place to spend a night or two, and camping at       Country Village RV Park is always a good experience. If the weather is splendid here at Dollar Lake, you can go for a hike along the Holyoke Trail; wonderful skiing awaits you at Marquette. Dollar Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, City Of Marquette is a magnificent local campground, and if you need a location to stay Comfort Suites Marquette is a brilliant choice. You just have to like Dollar Lake. Get soaked paddling on Dead River.                  Whitewater paddling is perfect on Big Garlic River, and there are plenty of people from Marquette here.
