Summer brings highs in the 80's to Dollar Lake. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are regularly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Dollar Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Dollar Lake has to offer, you can camp at Simpson       Park Campground, and after a long day outdoors Courtyard Detroit Utica is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Dollar Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Addison Oaks County Park is a delightful place for that, and lots of folks from Detroit-Warren-Livonia come here. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Dollar Lake. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Bruce                  Hills Golf Club is close at hand.
