The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Dollar Lake with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Dollar Lake fall into the 0's. If you came to camp Lake George Campgrounds       is a wonderful site to do that; you're perhaps addicted to lakes, Townline Lake is one of those close by. If you need a site to stay Days Inn Clare is a fine choice; Dollar Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Sandy Shores Resort is a fine local campground. Dollar Lake is a good location of common precipitation; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity                  of Dollar Lake. Econo Lodge Clare is a nice place to get some rest, and a delightful place for whitewater paddling is Chippewa River. This lake is so wonderful.
