Summertime at Dinner Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Anderson Lake is a nearby lake that you       could check out, and enjoy a round of golf at Lac Vieux Desert Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Dinner Lake you can take a hike along the Kentuck-Spectacle Lake Trail, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ontonagon River - Middle Branch. Dinner Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Lac Vieux Desert Campground is a splendid local campground, and                  dry warm beds await you at Wild Eagle Lodge. The Kimball Creek Trail is a pleasant hiking trail near Dinner Lake. Camping at Marion Lake Campground and Picnic Area is always a nice experience; if you need a place to stay Settle Inn & Stes Eagle River is a nice choice.
