A glorious spot to camp here at Deer Lake is Robbins Pond Campground, and if you're here you can play some golf at Lac Vieux Desert Golf Course. Deer Lake gets a common amount of annual rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Wild Eagle Lodge is a good place to get some       rest, and if you get bored of Deer Lake you could also pop by close by North Line Lake. Camping is available at Paulging Pond Campground and Picnic Area, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Ontonagon River - Middle Branch. Scott and Howe Creek flows through this region, and if you're here you can take a hike along the North Country National Scenic Trail. Throughout the summer highs here at Deer Lake reach the 70's, and throughout the night                  it cools down to the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Deer Lake. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Deer Lake.
