Camping is available at Whispering Pines Family Campground. For the period of the summertime months highs here at Deadmans Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are usually in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Deadmans Lake plunge into the 0's. Deadmans       Lake gets a typical amount of rain; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Indian Lake, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Hanson Hills is pretty near.
