Gotta ski! Porcupine Mountain is a great location to do that, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ontonagon River - Middle Branch. Sparrow Rapids Campground is a good local campground, and Duck Lake is a magnificent lake close by. The North Country National Scenic Trail is a good hiking trail right next door to Davidson Lakes, and a beautiful lake like Jack Pine Lake is a fine spot to explore.
