After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Newberry is a splendid spot to spend a night or two, and you can stay the night at Log Cabin Resort and Campground. A lake nearby is Fork Lake; Big Lake Campground is a great campground nearby. The yearly precipitation here at Crooked Lake is about average; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Crooked Lake.

| | Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Crooked Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Wanamaker Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and if you need a place to stay Americas Best Value Inn is a glorious choice. | |
