Sure, Wetmore Lake is in close proximity to Cox Pond, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Au Train River. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. Alger Falls is a pretty site to check       out while you're at Cox Pond; going for a hike along the Haywire Grade ORV Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. Cox Pond is right by the Valley Spur Ski Trail, and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is a nice local destination. Hiking along the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail is good fun, and swing by Anna River it's a good spot to have a look at. This lake is so wonderful.
