the warm days of summer at Cowboy Lake highs are generally in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. During the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Cowboy Lake.
Stay the night at Rivers Bend Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Budget Host Inn Iron Mountain. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Cowboy Lake. Get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of
Pine River. Lakes are fine; Bass Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Cowboy Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Brule River, and you're most likely addicted to lakes, Crystal Lake is one of those close by.
