Cowboy Lake is a lake worth visiting. Gotta ski! Norway Mountain is a splendid spot to do that. The annual rainfall here at Cowboy Lake is about average; during the month of September you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Rivers Bend Campground is a brilliant campground here, and glide down the rapids of Brule River in a kayak.

Some nearby water includes Little Popple River; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites IRON MOUNTAIN is a nice location to spend a night or two.
