This lake is so wonderful. At Coon Lake you always meet someone from Ann Arbor; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Gale Lake. Lakes? Sure, Cranberry Lake is in the vicinity, and Coon Lake is a splendid location to visit for more than one day, Hell Creek Ranch is a splendid location to camp       nearby. Kensington Inn is a great site to get some rest; get yourself into a kayak and hit Huron River. During the summertime months highs here at Coon Lake reach the 80's.
