After a long day outdoors SpringHill Suites Grand Rapids North is a great place to spend a night or two. Lakes? Sure, No-Ko-Mos Lake is close by. So much entertaining stuff in the neighborhood of Cook and White Lake, clearly astonishing. There's so much to do here at Cook and White Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lakeside Camp Park is a great place for that. During the summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Cook and White Lake, and all through the

| | night it cools down to the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cook and White Lake. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Cannonsburg; golf can be played at The Rogue Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Cook and White Lake, you'll stumble on Upper Lake which is a delightful lake, and Comfort Suites Grand Rapids North is a fine place to get some rest. | |

From a rainfall point of view Cook and White Lake is a pretty common spot; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Stay the night at Duke Creek Recreation-camping, and you'll meet a lot of people from Grand Rapids-Wyoming here.

Croton Dam Float Trips

Rustic Camping also available on a limited basis. As of April 15, 2009 we have two seasonal electric sites available for rent this season. Rate is $700. 00 for the year. Our camping rates nightly are $12. 00 for non-power sites and $15. 00 for electrical sites. No running water/hand pump. No dump station. Outhouses and porta- potties in the busy summer season.
Excellent smallmouth & largemouth bass, northern pike, and walleye fishing on the backwaters to Croton Dam and also north about 5 miles on the backwaters of Hardy Dam. Spring steelhead runs, rainbow & german brown trout, and fall salmon runs down on the river itself below the dam.
We do not offer river services for the Little Muskegon River.
