Connor Lakes is great enough to spend more than a day at, Reed and Green Bridge Campground is a great local campground; since you're here, you could also stop by pretty Stuart Lake. A normal amount of rain falls here at Connor Lakes; the wettest month of the year is usually September, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Newberry is a delightful place

| | to spend a night or two, and camping at Two Hearted River Campground is always a splendid experience. High temperatures at Connor Lakes throughout the warm months are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. During the winter highs are commonly in the 20's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Connor Lakes temperatures drop to the 10's.
Cris Brown Creek flows through this vicinity, and do go to Cris Brown Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. If you need a place to stay Americas Best Value Inn is a good choice. | |
