Lake Columbia is a nice lake to visit. Paradise Campgrounds is a nice campground nearby; Jackson Travelodge is a great site to get some rest. If you came for an overnight stay Irish Hills Resort Campgrounds is a magnificent place to camp; lakes are such peaceful sites, why not pop by Deer Lake. You simply have to love Lake Columbia.
From a rainfall point of view Lake Columbia is a pretty common place; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain;

| | February is the month with the least moisture. Playing golf is lots of fun at Clark Lake Golf Course Driving Range, and this is a popular site for people from Jackson. At Lake Columbia all through the summertime highs are in the 80's, and the night is quite colder of course, typically in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Columbia.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a delightful lake called Clark Lake near Lake Columbia; a good close by hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - BROOKLYN. | |
