Custom Search     Coberts Lake     This lake is a charming 47 acre lake. The West Simonton to St. Joseph River segment is a splendid 1.5-mile-long class I-II segment of whitewater on Christiana Creek. This segment of Christiana Creek is suitable for raft paddlers who haven't been whitewater paddling for very long. Check circumstances previous to going on the whitewater, otherwise it's not safe and sound. What a place this is for outdoors folks. A good site to camp here at Coberts Lake is South     Bend East KOA, of course you could also stop at Garver Lake while you're here; it's not far at all.
