All through the warmest time of the year at Cleveland Cliffs Basin highs are generally in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are frequently in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Cleveland Cliffs Basin. Don't leave Cleveland Cliffs Basin without first going for a hike along the Addis Lakes Ski       Trail, and Northwoods Retreat is a magnificent location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Slapneck Creek is a stream you can check out while here, and dry warm beds await you at Bay House. There's good hiking along the Valley Spur Ski Trail, and there are other sites here than Cleveland Cliffs Basin, for example Forest Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Chatham Ski Trail. Au Train Falls                  is a brilliant local attraction, and camping at Cleveland Cliffs Basin is tremendous fun, Au Train Lake Campground is a tremendous local campground. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Cleveland Cliffs Basin. There's whitewater on Au Train River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Cleveland Cliffs Basin is a pleasant place to camp, Hovey Lake Campground is a pleasant place. All our national parks are magnificent places to take a look at, and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is no exception, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Gladstone Ski Park.
