This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Hovey Lake Campground is a tremendous place to do that; if you haven’t been to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, you should schedule some time for it since you're here. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not go to Odell Pond close to Cleveland Cliffs Basin; swing by       Slapneck Creek it's a nice site to stop at. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Munising Wetmore Area is a tremendous place to spend a night or two; if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Addis Lakes Ski Trail. High temperatures at Cleveland Cliffs Basin during the warm days of summer are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and overnight lows at Cleveland                  Cliffs Basin throughout the winter ordinarily sink into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Valley Spur Ski Trail is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Cleveland Cliffs Basin, and if you come at the right time of year, Au Train River offers some brilliant whitewater. Cleveland Cliffs Basin is a good spot of typical precipitation; most of the rain falls through September, and the driest month of the year is February.
