A beautiful lake like Porky Lakes near Claypit Lake is a wonderful place to explore; dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Lakeshore. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Stanley Lake Campground is always a great experience; Claypit Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Fox River Campground is a pleasant local campground. Most sites are grassy and have a mix of sun and shade and are mostly level with some having pads for the large RV's; there are pull throughs too. We welcome big rigs, tents and anything inbetween! We have some excellent spots to situate a group camping atmosphere or family reunion. If you are a bird watcher, we are 3 miles south of Seney National Wildlife Refuge and offer canoe/kayak rentals through the refuge. Pets are welcomed with courtesy rules enforced.
