The beauty of Chapin Mine attracts many people from all around. Chapin Mine gets a typical amount of annual rain; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. Get dripping wet paddling on Menominee River; Chapin Mine is not far at all from Iron Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.
